How a Patent differs from a treble

A treble is one bet containing all three selections. A Patent also contains each single and every double, producing seven independently settled lines.

Singles keep their own result

If one selection loses, its single and every combination containing it lose. Singles and combinations that do not contain that selection remain governed by their own supplied outcomes.

Stake per line or total ticket

Stake per line applies the chosen amount to each of the seven bets. Total ticket stake is allocated deterministically across all seven lines, including any minor-unit remainder.

Every settlement remains visible

The line explorer shows the three singles, three doubles and treble separately, retaining each line’s selections, allocated stake, price, result and return.
